How to request warranty (return, repair and refund) ?
1. If you received the " wrong/ cannot normal work/ broken/Parameters are not as described" item, please provide us below information:
1) Please leave us message to describe the problem in details (what happened and when?) on your order page instead of opening dispute firstly.
2) Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
3) In order to better understand your item problems, Please show us clear picture or videos.
2.What solutions we supply:
1) Please inform us within 3 days after receipt. We can offer discount or full refund or replacement after confirm.
2) Please inform us within 7 days after receipt. We can offer to return it back for refund (exclude shipping freight), replacement or repair after confirm.
3) Please inform us within 20 days after receipt. We can offer to return it back for replacement/repair after confirm.
4) Please inform us within 1 year from the purchase date. We can offer to return it back for repair after confirm. (Accessories not included)
3.Warranty will be voided as of:
1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.

Warranty for returning procedure
Please pay attention to the following details before sending:
1.All returns must be confirmed by our after service staff, we are not liable for any return package without prior notice.
For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied.
2. Fill the information as following and print it out and put the paper in the parcel(Important!!!), otherwise we can`t recognize your parcel, and will not deal with it in time.

3.Please use Local Post Mail Service to ship it back ( It is also economic for you);
Please don`t ship by DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT or other express delivery, because the parcel will be held by custom, and expensive custom duty incurring and we won`t bear for that!!!
4. About the declare name and value, please discussed with the seller before sending.
For example, usually we will ask you marked it is a "gps GIFT" and item value at USD:69 both on the shipping waybill and on the customs invoice;
5.At any case, please pack the parcel in good condition to avoid damage on the way.
For full refund, please send full package back (Included all accessories);
For repair or replacement, please send only product without any accessories, so that both of us can save shipping cost.
6. Please provide us the tracking No. and tracking website after returning ,so that we could follow the parcel.
7.When you received the product with problem, please offer the photos or short videos as proof, after we confirm, then will provide you return address, you bear one way shipping cost for sending to us, we will bear the shipping cost for re-sending back to you.
8. When we received the returned parcel, we will let you know within 3days.
