How To Use The Vacuum Meter:
[A] Idle Test
When The Engine Is Working Normally, Under Total Speed Conditions, The Value Of Measuring It With A Vacuum Gauge Should Be 50~70kpa.If The Measurements Are Not In This Range, It Should Be Analyzed According To Different Situations To Judge The Location Of The Failure.
1, If The Reading Of The Vacuum Meter When The Total Speed Test Is Not Normal, The Following Inspections Should Be Carried Out;
A: Check The Initial Ignition Timing
B: Check The Timing Of The Distribution
C: Check Cylinder Pressure
D: Check Crankcase Forced Vent Control Valve
2, If The Vacuum Meter Pointer When Idle Test Has A Regular Drop Of 6~9kpa, The Following Inspections Should Be Carried Out:
A: Find Out The Spark Plugs That Work Bad
B: Find The Burnt Valve (Pressure Test)
